Ads2ebay has a responsible NO SPAM Policy. A2E uses Double Opt In techniques to verify all leads and sign ups.

Spam Policy
Since, we do not accept any Spamming all A2E Members will be tracked by IP and any A2E Member caught Spamming will be terminated without a refund.

Refund Policy
Ads2Ebay is a commission-based program and we do not offer Refunds. Please make sure Ads2Ebay is the program you want to join before you sign up.


Relationship between You & Ads2Ebay
As Independent Contractors (You & Ads2Ebay) This agreement does not imply any partnership, joint venture, franchise, employment, sales representative. You can’t accept or make any offers representative of Majestic White Lightening Enterprises or Ads2Ebay.


Misrepresentation
You will not misrepresent Ads2Ebay with expressed or implied claims of success, warranty of services or obligations on our behalf to recruit prospects or potential Ads2Ebay Members.
Misrepresentation of Ads2Ebay will terminate your agreement without notice.


Changes in the Terms & Conditions
Ads2Ebay can change Terms and Conditions at any time whether changes are for fees, payment schedules or procedures YOU can terminate Your A2E membership if YOU are not in agreement with the changes.


Limitation of Liability
Ads2ebay disclaims liability for any indirect, special or consequential damages, arising in connection with this Agreement or Service(s), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


Terms of this Agreement and Termination
The duration of this Agreement will begin with our receipt of your sign up form which expressly agrees to all the terms set forth on this website. You may terminate your paid membership with Ads2Ebay at any time by terminating your recurring account with your payment processor without refund. It is your sole responsibility to cancel your recurring payment with your payment processor.

Ads2Ebay retains the right to terminate your account at any time without notice, if you have violated the terms of this agreement and no refunds shall be issued at the time of termination.


Agreement between Parties
The laws of the state of California govern this Agreement without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in the state of California and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts with your acceptance of this Agreement.
